"Found this hidden gem on Google today and I have to say the service and food were top notch! We were greeted as we came through the door with a smile and nothing we asked for was too much! I will definitely be back and I will most certainly be recommending to friends & family!"

Yes, we were featured on The One Show!
Did you know that The Old Forge was featured on
'An A-Z Tour of Britain'
which was aired on The One Show in 2018.
We were delighted Matt Allwright and the Crew stopped by for some lunch with us, the footage has since been broadcast on National television twice.
Matt also plays music and was delighted he got the chance to hear some Original music from the owner of The Old Forge; Thomas Copeland as well as music by local artists Kathy Crinion and Janet Henry who have featured in our 'Food & Culture' event.
